Certification & Notarization
The Certification confirms the Accuracy and Properness of the Translation of your Document. The Certification is issued and signed by the Project Manager responsible for your project. Certifications are commonly needed for the Translation of Personal Documents, such as birth certificates, transcripts, and marriage certificates; as well as Immigration Documents.
Our Certifications are guaranteed to be accepted by:
- US Government Agencies
- Educational Institutions
- Embassies and Consulates
- Insurance Companies
Upon request, we offer Notarizations for your Translation, Editing and Proofreading projects. A Notarization is signed by a notary public. A notary public is a person appointed by a state government, e.g., the governor or state secretary, and whose primary role is to serve the public as an impartial witness when important documents are signed.
